Latsoucabé Fall

Latsoucabé Fall is Regional Manager for Africa. Dr. Fall coordinates activities and events of World Energy Council Member Committees in Africa.

Based in Senegal, he organises the Council’s African Regional Work Programme and assists Member Committees in the region by providing advice and supporting local and regional events to promote the Council’s work. Latsoucabé is the regular liaison officer between the London Secretariat and Member Committees in Africa.
