Reshma Carmel Francy

Senior Manager for Scenarios, Reshma manages the development of the programme to update of global scenarios by the Council. In addition, she contributes to the upcoming demand focused scenario development to amplify the humanising agenda of the energy transformation.

Reshma has over seven years of experience in clean energy including hydrogen and climate change within national and international engagements. Prior to joining the Council, she was the lead on the first national energy strategy for the UAE with experience in building consensus within multi stakeholder engagement. She has also handled the member committee's contributions to the Council and was part of the 2019 Congress working group

Reshma is currently a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Munich- School of Politics, with a research focus on the politics of hydrogen.
