Amar Bayasgalan

Amar is currently working as the CEO at Alliance-Tech LLC. He has been working in the energy sector since 2016 and serves on the governing board of the World Energy Council's Mongolia Member Committee. Amar holds a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer from Florida Institute of Technology and an Master's in Public Administration from the National Academy of Governance in Ulaanbaatar.   He has overseen heating and sewage pipeline, water supply pipeline, power transmission line construction projects in the Ulaanbaatar city center, the New Ulaanbaatar International Airport and even the secluded provincial towns of Mongolia.  Outside work, Amar is a board member at Mongolian Association of State Alumni (MASA), an alumni association of Mongolians who studied higher education in the US. From his volunteer works for MASA, Amar started a virtual volunteer group with his friends to share their experiences from their times in secondary and tertiary education as well as their career journey with the students in Sukhbaatar province. 

Established in 2001, Alliance-Tech LLC has been providing services in the sector of energy construction and energy savings. In the early years of the company's history, Alliance-Tech introduced the general public to the benefits of heatmeter and flowmeter which greatly reduced the excess production of thermal energy. Today, Alliance-Tech is one of the leading energy EPC companies in Mongolia, working as a contractor for both the government and the private sector specializing in the construction of water pipeline, power transmission line and substations.
