Business Development - Turbine Controls and Cyber Security for North America, Siemens Energy
Siemens Energy
Caitlin Mould has ambitiously worked at Siemens Energy for nine years, and continuously demonstrates her passion for energy transformation and challenging the status quo. After studying Mechanical Engineering at Florida State University and attaining a Master's in Business Administration from Rollins College, she was able to gain an understanding of complex fossil fuel systems and truly understand customer needs in this dynamic industry. She wants to be known for fearlessly asking why, doing what’s ethically right and influencing growth in others. This self-motto has led her through her own energy transformation from traditional fossil fuels to the digital market. Her current role within Siemens Energy is dedicated to helping long term contract customers in North America optimize their power plant performance efficiency, execute advanced cyber security solutions and incorporate alternatives like battery storage into their controls systems. She also voluntarily dedicates part of her time leading the Siemens Diversity and Inclusion Council in Florida where they challenge the status quo…ultimately influencing change to make the company and industry better for everyone!
