Eric Serge is a well-seasoned energy professional; an energy engineer for Kribi Gas Fired Power Plant, a GLOBELEQ company where he is responsible for production of a safe and affordable energy. Eric Serge is based in Cameroon as a Shift Supervisor contributing to energy security and sustainability of South Interconnected Network, and country in general. Previously, he had done a stint within Energy Of Cameroon (ENEO) as Project Management Consultant, with assignments in Power Plants operating process redesigning, Project Engineering and Power portfolios profitability analysis. Eric Serge holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique, Yaoundé. As Black Belt, project professional and business analyst certified, Eric Serge is skilled in business development, project management and delivery. As new IPP energy projects are very costly, he aims to reengineer old power plants to contribute to build affordable electricity infrastructures in Africa. His professional and academic career has been driven by a strong dedication and passion for affordable energy. Eric Serge is self-motivated as he always seeks for the solutions in terms of future challenges.
