Sandra Winkler is Director, Member Networks and Institutional Relations. She heads the Member Networks team which works on the engagement and activation of our existing community of National Member Committees as well as its growth globally, regionally and locally. In addition, Sandra manages the Future Energy Leaders’ Programme, a diverse community of young professional from across the world that engages in a dedicated development programme and wider community activities.

Sandra also leads the intergovernmental engagement function, where she works to involve the Council in major international processes and organisations, drive impactful advocacy strategies in line with the Council’s messages and deliver optimal outcomes for the Council’s membership.

She holds a degree in business economics, is fluent in English and German, and is working on French and Russian.
